We really enjoyed our stay in the superior twin room with its own bathroom, the location was convenient for exploring the area by bus and MRT.

Have stayed here many times and would return there. Everything was excellent, had a really good stay for short term visit. The location was absolutely perfect, near a bus stop and easy to find. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Marina Reservoir.

The staff was really kind, cordial.

The staff at Ibis Budget Singapore Sapphire were especially helpful during check-out. the hotel is conveniently located just 19 minutes from Changi airport by car. There are markets and convenience stores within walking distance, and the restaurant offers affordable, good quality food in a pleasant atmosphere. It is definitely my top choice for accommodation in Singapore.

The room are comfy & clean. The facilities in the room are mostly new & therefore clean & usable.

I do not like about the hotel staffs (frontdesk) that are gloomy looking & not friendly at all. They should have smiling faces, don't they?

Lots of goodies for breakfast. Units with great pillows for a change...

The central location here is fantastic and it’s really easy to reach a bus stop nearby, plus the staff is super friendly and accommodating.

The rooms here are affordable and practical, equipped with amenities like Wi-Fi and music.

The convenient location near the bus stop, convenience stores, restaurants, and MRT, along with the well-sized triple room and efficient air conditioning.

The hotel room cleanliness & the stuffs in the room are still new. I personally like bathrooms that are clean.

The front desk staff were not friendly & therefore makes it not approachable to customers. I was surprised to see they were not smiling to any of their customers.

We stayed for 3 nights and we are very happy and satisfied with there services . Staff are very accomodating and helpful . Manager is very hospitable and nice . Rooms are clean . We would definitely stay again .

This place was recently renovated, clean, and had two single beds.

Value for money good location although in red-light zone but is not problem to stay for women very nearly bus stop. I think is good for budget hotel.

The room I was offered was good modern and well-equipped with great pillows and wi fi, for example, loved it. The location was perfect, in the Geylang district and near a bus stop...

The superior twin room with 2 single beds was comfortable and the facilities met our needs.
